Many are graded by difficulty. (Note: Information on non-contemporary composers may not have been input into the database. This will result in a result of "No Matches." Obviously this is not the case for, to mention one example, Ludwig van Beethoven.) Beginning and Intermediate Chamber Music With Piano: A Bibliography, by Nancy O’Neill Breth Format: Adobe PDF, 154kb This is a graded list of chamber music with piano for early level players, including descriptive comments by the author. All works are less difficult (or of similar difficulty but shorter) than Haydn and Mozart piano trios. Some works are clearly written with children in mind, but many others are suitable for both children and adults. Only pieces recommended by the author for high musical quality are included.
