Woodland Chamber Music Workshop

About the Workshop

The Woodland Chamber Music Workshop is a place where adult amateur musicians of any instrument and all skill levels come together for a weekend of small-ensemble playing and coaching, seminars, chamber orchestra, and fun on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Superior in Northern Minnesota. Luxurious, lakeshore accommodations and meals are included at Surfside on Lake Superior resort in Tofte, Minnesota. Artist-faculty in residence the Gichigami Trio (Laurie Bastian, violin; Josh Aerie, cello; Sam Black, piano), Betty Braunstein, flute; Kevin Meiscke, horn; Rose Sciaroni, violin, give positive and constructive coaching sessions for each ensemble, plus a public concert.
