8 years of public school teaching and 10 years of private studio instruction with students ranging from ages 8 and up. I have a B.M. in Music Education from Moravian College where I studied with Dr. Neil Wetzel and my M.M in Performance from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University where I studied with Dr. Paul Cohen. I currently teach middle school band and play regularly with the Toms River Municipal Band, the Pinelands Wind Symphony, the Brass Tacks Jazz Orchestra, and the Lakewood Community Band. I previously have performed with the Philadelphia Wind Symphony and the Eastern Wind Symphony, playing with EWS at the Midwest Clinic, the international band and orchestra conference. I have played in various chamber groups such as saxophone quartets and the Rutgers Saxophone ensemble under the direction of Dr. Paul Cohen.
