About the Workshop
A chamber music vacation/workshop for amateur string players in Tuscany, while living at a medieval castle in the Tuscan countryside . We play Corelli concerti grossi with the whole group first thing after breakfast each morning, then we disperse into smaller chamber music groups and are coached by professional musicians. Both weeks end with a performance. Enjoy delicious Italian food and wine, go on two organized group excursions, and have free time to explore on you own other days. Transportation to and from Florence airport included. Instrument rental available. Non-playing friends and family are welcome to join. Come for both weeks or just one.
