Chamber Music Workshop

About the Workshop

This workshop gives string, oboe, flute and clarinet players a place to learn the art of chamber music performance with daily coaching from world-renowned faculty. A variety of learning experiences from practice techniques, sight-reading, solo masterclasses, Yoga with Joe and performances round out this vibrant and popular workshop. Held in downtown Corvallis, in the heart of the Willamette Valley.

Directed by Anthea Kreston, formerly of the Artemis Quartet (Germany) and a Curtis graduate, faculty enjoy performing with participants in large and small groups in addition to assigned chamber groups.

Open to individuals and pre-formed groups.

The IMA Chamber Music Workshop features a residence option in a beautiful downtown Airbnb with a garden.
