Dr. Rea Beaumont is "an internationally recognized interpreter" (The New Classical FM) and "a tremendous pianist" (CBC Radio) whose repertoire ranges from classical to twentieth-century music, including works by North American composers. A solo recitalist, chamber musician, composer, educator and adjudicator, she has held Faculty appointments at the University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto, and was an accompanist affiliated with the Royal Conservatory of Music for ten years. She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts, Master of Music, Bachelor of Music (Hons) in Music Education, an Artist Diploma and ARCT Performance Diploma.
