About the Workshop
The Langley Community Music School is hosting an Amateur Chamber Music Weekend November 22–23, 2025 in Langley, BC.
This special weekend is designed for pre-formed chamber music groups who want to enjoy music-making in a supportive and inspiring environment. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reconnect musically, deepen ensemble collaboration, and share the joy of chamber music together.
The event is built around six hours of coaching Saturday, November 22, 3:30-7:30 PM and Sunday, November 23, 10:30-4:00 PM, with the option to go to dinner together on Saturday night.
The coaches will be two members of the Borealis String Quartet, Yuel Yawney and Sungyong Lim.
As this is a day camp, the fee includes coaching and light snacks, not housing. Piano ensembles welcome. Registration fee is $480 CAD per person.
