About the Workshop
20th annual edition of this popular weekend workshop at University of Miami’s Frost School of Music, sponsored by Alhambra Orchestra in Miami. Friday evening through Sunday afternoon activities include intensive coaching, group playing, group class, socializing, and final recital. Each chamber group works up its chosen piece and performs one movement. Pre-formed groups accepted, or players will be matched with similar musicians. Mostly strings, but wind players and pianists can participate. All ages welcome.
