About the Play-In
Join Us for Our First Play-In Event!
We welcome classical musicians and singers of all levels to an evening of music and community! The event runs from 5:00–8:00 PM, with opportunities to connect with fellow musicians. The event will take place at Somerville Music Spaces, near Boston.
Chamber groups will be pre-assigned with suggested pieces, giving you time to familiarize yourself with the music. Groups will play in different time blocks, with approximately 50 minutes per session. This event is free. Register by midnight on Sunday, March 23, 2025!
This play-in is supported by an Associated Chamber Music Players (ACMP) grant. The mission of ACMP is to stimulate and expand the playing of chamber music for pleasure among musicians worldwide, of all backgrounds, ages and skill levels, by connecting people and supporting chamber music activities for individuals, groups and institutions.
