About the Workshop
Flute-a-rama Summer Camps offers creative, interactive and engaging fun for flute students entering grades 6-12.
Co-founded in 2011 by Carrie Rose and Melissa Lindon, Flute-a-rama is known throughout the Baltimore-Washington area as “one of the best music summer camps in the state” (band teacher) and “very well-rounded and fun, my student learned a lot and really had a great time” (private teacher).
With flute chamber music as its centerpiece, the day camp nurtures a love of music, develops musicianship and leadership skills, and builds confidence and social connections. Students can attend one or both weeks, and are placed in chamber ensembles by level; see website for audition info.
