About the Play-In
Not Quite Ready for Carnegie Hall Players (NQR) is an informal, coached ensemble for adult string players, advanced beginner and above, sponsored by the Carson City Symphony Association. The group meets weekly on Thursday mornings at the Carson City Senior Center in Carson City, Nevada. There’s no fee to participate, but donations are welcome. NQR performs on concerts with Symphony Youth Strings and at retirement homes.
