Westchester Chamber Soloists

Westchester Chamber Soloists (WCS) - based just minutes north of New York City, is Westchester County’s premier chamber orchestra and ensemble network. Comprised of professional and advanced avocational instrumentalists, WCS was established in January 2020 and performs both as both a chamber orchestra and an integrated network of smaller and mid-sized chamber ensembles - across strings, winds, brass and percussion - bringing a diverse repertoire to the stage, including the Concerto literature for piano and for other solo instruments, vocalists and orchestra, as well as Symphonic and Choral works and innovative multi-disciplinary repertoire incorporating dance, the visual arts and literary narrative. Based primarily at Sarah Lawrence College (Bronxville, NY), WCS has been the leading classical music ensemble since inception at the annual RiverArts Music Tours and looks forward to returning to the concert stage for an exciting Spring '23 Season.
