Dr. Chivers has been coaching chamber music since 1995, mostly in groups involving wind players, and has greatly increased her knowledge of string chamber music over the last 10 years. She enjoys helping groups reach greater insight into the musicality of the work or works they are preparing, as well as helping the individuals within a group better understand their role as a chamber musician. Dr. Chivers believes these goals are possible at all levels of playing, and enjoys working with musicians at all playing levels.
