I have played chamber music essentially my entire life, including attendance at the arcadian Kinhaven Music Camp as a child. I have taught violin and viola privately for approximately 50 years. I studied with several teachers, the most well-known being Jascha Brodsky. I have played with orchestras in Spain, the Netherlands, and throughout SE Pennsylvania, including being concert-master of the Harrisburg Symphony. My coaching focuses on ensemble listening, intonation, rhymic precision and flexibility, historically informed style. I try to listen much more than I talk.
