About the Workshop

Spend a weekend in the heart of Tribeca, New York City exploring Chamber Music in a fun, inviting, and rigorous ensemble setting! Learn from master musicians & educators, and meet other amateur chamber music instrumentalists and enthusiasts during this exciting three day workshop at Church Street School for Music & Art.

Founded and curated by Church Street School for Music & Art Executive Director, chamber musician and longtime arts administrator Dr. Christina Placilla, the Adult Amateur Chamber Workshop will include daily ensemble rehearsals, professional coaching, a culminating performance, and many opportunities to explore one of the largest global centers for art and culture.

Cello, Double Bass, Piano, Viola, and Violin only. You must be at least 21 years old to apply.
