2026 Worldwide Play-In Events
May is Chamber Music Month!
ACMP’s Official Worldwide Play-In Weekend takes place from Friday, May 15 through Sunday, May 17, 2026 but it is always a good time for a play in, so we have extended the whole Worldwide Play-In initiative to encompass Play-Ins throughout May, which is National Chamber Music Month here in the United States, and we accept Play-In grant applications on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Keep checking the ACMP Events and Workshops Directory, and filter your search for Event Type “Play-In.”
Looking for a Play-In in your area? We will continue to update this list of public May Play-In events as they emerge. Events in boldface type are part of the Worldwide Play-In Weekend:

Organizing your own Play-In in May or during the Worldwide Play-In Weekend?
ACMP would love to know about it and share it with our members! Please post it in the Events and Workshops Directory, and be sure to check the box for event type “Play-In.” If you need help, please email Joseph at jbrock@acmp.net.
If your Play-In is open to the public, subject to your RSVP requirements, it’s not too late to apply for a Play-In Grant from ACMP!
And if you are having a private Play-In, please send us pictures and stories and post them in the ACMP Members Facebook Group.
