List your Summer or Fall Workshop in the CMA Directory of Festivals, Schools and Workshops

Attention all Summer and Fall Workshop Organizers in the ACMP Community:
Once again, members of the ACMP community (individuals, coaches, event managers and organizations) are invited to submit listings for inclusion in Chamber Music America’s printed Directory of Festivals, Schools, and Workshops.
Thank you to Kevin Kwan Loucks and all of his hard-working staff at CMA for giving us this opportunity!
This year the process is more streamlined than last year.
Please submit your listing directly through CMA’s online form

A couple simple guidelines
- If you are not a member of CMA, simply type “ACMP Member” in the “Member ID” field
- CMA only allows one submission per organization. If you are presenting multiple events, please describe them all within one listing
- The printed CMA Directory comes out in the Spring and is intended for events in the summer and early Fall
- Deadline for Submission: February 20, 2023, 5pm Eastern

The Daraja Music Initiative: 15 years of Music and Conservation in Tanzania
Since 2017, ACMP member clarinetist and nonprofit leader Alexys Bush has traveled to Tanzania, Africa where she teaches general music and clarinet for the Daraja Music Initiative (DMI), for whom she serves as Assistant Director. DMI bridges music education and the conservation of Tanzania's national tree - the African Blackwood, also known as ebony - used to make clarinets, oboes, piccolos, and some string fingerboards.
